The staff has been very helpful. My family member is very happy, and it's nice that he doesn't have to mow the yard and shovel snow - all the things it takes to keep up a home. We feel he's safe at Affinity. Every time he goes out, people are friendly and talk to him. On the whole, he's doing really well, and this has been a good change. The apartment is a good size for him, and it's manageable. Monday through Friday they offer a simple continental breakfast. I think it's a great value.

Affinity at Mill Road is a very neat, clean, friendly place and I think compared to others they are fairly cost effective. they do provide activities, but my loved one doesn't really take part in them. as far as amenities, they have a swimming pool, theatre, exercise room, different socials for the residents, crafts, and a monthly breakfast pot luck. there is also a washer and dryer in her apartment unit. they have a continental breakfast everyday, but no lunch or dinner. overall, I would recommend this community to others.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice tour, we liked how they had a pool but we did not like the walking distance or incline you took to get to the pool

Our Affinity at Mill Road virtual tour was wonderful. The woman we spoke with offered to walk around the building with us on her phone. She spent probably 20-30 minutes with us on the phone and was able to describe where she was going and what we were seeing.

My mom is moving to the Spokane Area from Tampa, FL. We started looking for independent living for seniors who have spunk! Affinity @ Mill Rd was our first stop and set the bar for all other tours! Affinity's manager, [name removed] gave us a tour of a beautiful unit that had just been vacated and they were in the process of prepping for a new tenant. She answered every question, introduced us to current tenants as we met them, and was a gem! The facility is well-maintained, clean, and quite accessible. Mill Road can get busy during morning and afternoon rush hours, but as we toured the unit on the 3rd floor, we couldn't get over how quiet it was. No road noise, no real neighbor noise. Pretty cool!! Lots of amenities included and a healthy event calendar! Mom loved what she saw and what others who lived there said about the staff, the facility, the amenities and the apartments overall. We went back the next day and got her on a waiting list! Once she gets the call of an open 2 BR/1BTH unit, She's on her way north! I'll update a review once we get her settled. So far, I am truly impressed!
