She does not live a big life, so the bingo and happy hour have her pretty busy. but her rent was just increased $375 per month. The is 15% in less than a year. My mom is a resident. She has been there for less than one year. Overall, her experience is OK. She does not live a big life, so the bingo and happy hour have her pretty busy. but her rent was just increased $375 per month. The is 15% in less than a year. I am angry because it's money she does not have. When the local staff tells us, "This comes from corporate." but the letter is signed by the local staff, and corporate does not acknowledge me. The proxy show that CEO makes $6M to $7M per year, with a lot based on targets, while the local staff make so little. A 5% per year increase would be a lot. 15%? On a fixed income. I know costs have gone up, but 15% is not OK.

This community has employees that love their jobs! I searched many places aforesaid my loved one. I felt as if the staff checked the box everyday but not very personable with the people who lived in the facility. Brookdale Allenmore on Union Avenue, in Tacoma, Washington, made me feel welcomed and like family! I felt that I could talk to them. It was my first time transitioning a loved one and I was very clueless on what I needed to do! They understand the work it takes and the toll on the family.

This is a good and moderns community that provides a middle of the road experience for your loved one. My loved one feels very comfortable in the community. The staff are good to work with if we have questions or concerns. They have several activities for the residents to participate in. There are movies, exercise classes, outings, and more for activities for the residents to choose from.

They have full appliances inside the rooms, like a refrigerator and dishwasher. They have a courtyard and a community room. The dining area was more like a restaurant.

The tour at Brookdale Allenmore was very good, the people were friendly and helpful. The rooms were small and there was no exercise facility. The rooms weren't furnished and the square footage was pretty small for each apartment. The dining area looked nice and people seemed to be comfortable there....
