My mom recently fell and upon discharge fm the hospital it was recommended she go to a rehabilitation center so we chose this one as it was close to home will big mistake this place smells really bad like urine . ever time we called to check on my mom we were placed on hold and no one ever came back to the phone . Ever time we went to visit which was ever day she was completely Soil in her urine and I’m talking about Soakin wet 😡 you are not allowed to visit on the weekends and on the first day we didn’t visit my mom fell and they act like it wasn’t a big deal and to us it was because that was the reason she was there in the first place because she had a hip replacement ! She was only in there for a week cause best believe we took her out right after that ! Oh not to mention when we did take her home they couldn’t find half her belongings ! Never never but your love one here

This place is a dump. Do not take your loved ones here and definitely do not believe the nice reviews as they sound like they are from their own staff. True is, it takes a very very long time for them to even answer the phone to begin with, then you are placed on hold for another 20 to 30 mins to be connected to your loved one. My parents tell they get moved around a lot without notice or reason. They also told they do not get showered every day... wow. What is more disturbing is that they are in a "REHABILITATION" center which does not provide enough rehab exercises but maybe once a week, if any. This a "Rehabilitation Center" mind you, you would think and hope these poor seniors would be getting their care they signed up for and paying for. A few times when speaking to my parents which share the room with other patients, I kept hearing a person yelling rudely and obnoxiously in the background, finally got my parents to tell it was their roommate yelling at them. My question was, why and where are the staff, ask them to clam that roommate down or separate you, but my parents said, there is no staff around, if they are, they know about it but ignore the issue 😡 Incredible!!! Why is this place still open and getting paid??

Horrible place. Won''t allow visits because place is plauged with Covid yet their employees on break are smoking next to each other no mask no social distance. Make it impossible for patients to request and get what they need. Nursing staff were great as far as treatment but they can only do so much...

Horrible place. Won''t allow visits because place is plauged with Covid yet their employees on break are smoking next to each other no mask no social distance. Make it impossible for patients to request and get what they need. Nursing staff were great as far as treatment but they can only do so much as they are short staffed. Management needs to be looked at, some sketchy things going on, they probably would shut down if their numbers were low so they try to keep you there as long as possible. Facility could use more upkeep and cleaning. Avoid going here or taking your loved one. You have been warned.
