I had my wife in Centre Avenue for a 10 day respite and during that time she sat in her room for the entire time. We entered as skilled nursing and she was to receive PT walking and showers and NOTHING. i called everyday 3 to 4 times to see if actions promised were being carried out--NOTHING. Beware...

I had care there when I was recovering from double knee replacement. The hallways are long so nurses that must go up and down repeatedly are Angels in scrubs. Thank you for caring!!
