This facility does not have enough aides to patient ratio. I have been rudely treated by certain nurses and aides. Shower 2x per week. I have a skin condition that requires daily showers. Unit managers where very quick to respond to complaints

Diamond Ridge is awful. Do not send your loved one here. Staff is rude & lies. Took 7 days for "transport" to set up an appointment for my loved one. When she needed to see doc with 7/10 days. I have 2 messages from 4 days ago into the admin office haven''t received a call back. Staff stated she lie...
