PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY THERE. The staff is extremely unprofessional, illiterate, there is no physician. Their equipment doesn’t work. My dad was there for less than 12 hours and we had to call the paramedics to get him out. I’ve filed complaints with the state of florida about this facil...

My dad was there 4 years ago and he was very unhappy... The smell, the treatment and the building condition weren''t the best. He''s going to be back there today, unfortunately he fell and needs to go to rehab and Harmony is very close to home so my mom can visit him everyday. Let''s see how it go...

Place looks horrible everything is out dated also do not take your loved one there no cameras and give them medication that is not needed just to have them sleeping the entire day and check the oxygen tank the first day had my loved one the entire day without oxygen horrible I regret having my love...
