The rating of 2 is strictly for the few staff members who were kind and helpful. This place is NOT a rehab and that should be remove that from the building name. This is a nursing home. The language barrier is awful and the patients are not cleaned well. The equipment is old and outdated

I have a sister at Jackson Rehab. The nursing staff there are very caring and helpful. The location is very clean. My sister likes the facility. Which gives me a peace of mine. I’m thankful she’s doing good and getting better so she could come back home❤️❤️
