My Dad was in this place after a stroke. This place is a disgrace. The staff are not attentive. We had to be with him from visiting hours opening to closing. When we left for the night as required he received no attention and we would arrive to find him in a soiled bed. They did not check on him through the night. Additionally the conditions of this facility are horrible!! We removed him within days. If you care for your loved one please find another facility for rehabilitation. Good staff at this place leaves fast just in the few days my dad was here we saw massive turnover. Needs a new administration. The administrator looks like a loose woman with spike heals and not professional at all.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!! If I could give negative stars I would. My father just left here this week. They took very poor care of him during his stay. They did not adequately check on him. He was a stroke survivor. There for rehab. He can’t walk on his own. They would not check on him during the night. My mother would find him and his bed soaked in urine in the morning when she would come in to be there with him. They also would neglect other patients. On two occasions while I visited they left another patient yelling for help. They never went in. The nurse call alarm was constantly going off and no urgency was shown. There is no urgency here or compassion for these people staying here. A nurse even told my mother that she would not have her father here. Terrible place full of excuses. If you’re reading this, trying to find a place for your loved one to rehabilitate, then please continue your search elsewhere. Do not use this facility!!

What a disgrace to have this place in Vero Beach. The nurses in this place are there just collecting a paycheck. My dad was there and the nurses will not check on him at night, the patient alarm button is a joke- they don’t even care or pay attention to the alarm when the patients call it. On multiple occasions while I was visiting, a patient was yelling HeLP ME and they wouldn’t even go - IGNORING is the way they assist patients here. The day I decided to take him out of this facility I told the nurse that finding my dad full of pee from the night was unacceptable and what she would do if she was me… she told me “ I WOULD NOT HAVE HIM HERE” … that tells you that kind of nurses/ employee they have at this place. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

When actually we are suppose to be trusting these people to care for our family members they are saying don’t believe it ! Do not use this facility!
