Front desk staff needs to acknowledge visitors when they arrive, instead of rolling their eyes because they''re too busy with their nose in their phone to be bothered with a question.

This is the best place for my loved one. They take care of them like they are family. The aides are willing to assist with daily living activities and helping my loved one eat. It's like being with family. The food is pretty good and I've even had a chance to eat with my loved one here.
