I am a contractor that completed work for this company. They have not paid my invoice, it is 30 days past due. Beware of this company. Completely unprofessional. Would not reccomend doing any kind of business with them.

Caring & responsive! My father was just admitted here. I live in Hawaii so have not seen the place personally (I was just back in IL right before he was accepted here which was a blessing to me as he basically needs 24/7 care or supervision and was having problems being placed). Like others, I read the horrible reviews and my stomach sank; HOWEVER, the administrator (Erika) has gone above and beyond to help! When he arrived, there was no tv as I’m told residents usually bring their own. I emailed her and she said she’d find him one if she had to buy him one and within 2 hours, he was watching tv!!!! Today, he needed cigs and had no money so I put money on his account, but it doesn’t clear immediately so, again, Erika used her own money and personally went to buy him 2 packs and said she’d reimburse herself when the money I sent credited. Every time I have talked to one of the CNA’s there, they have been very kind and informative. One day last week I called to check on him because he had fallen (it’s what he does as he will not wait for help and can’t be strapped down - he was fine of course) and the nurse who answered let me speak to him as he was walking buy - all the while she was worried about getting his coffee he had asked for 3x in 60 seconds (I love him dearly but he is very demanding and dementia makes it worse). He seems to be adjusting and even sounded happy and the best I’ve heard him in over a year, so all I can say is so far it’s great there regarding responsiveness and going out of their way to accommodate residents!!!! My father is used to getting his way, having people wait on him, etc., and he never wanted to be in a home (I fought it for 2 years until he got to the point he can’t walk even with a walker without falling and even having home healthcare was no longer an option), and he doesn’t hesitate to call me to complain or if he wants something or hates something - he called re tv and cigs and those are the only 2x in 2 weeks - that also says a lot about this place!!! So don’t automatically dismiss it from the horrible reviews - remember people usually only report bad comments not good ones and this is why I took the time to write a review of my experience thus far! Unimaginably horrible and filthy. Staff was basically non-existent. The fines they''ve incurred is a warning against them. I can''t begin to tell the disgust of things that happened there and were observed in just one week of care before we got our family member out!!
