WAITED 30 MINUETS RINGING THE BELL TO PICK UP A PATIENT. NOT ONE PERSON CAME TO THE DOOR. THEY LOOKED AT YA AND WENT ON. CALLED AND NO ANSWER! HAD TO CONTACT POLICE TO GET IN. THEIR EXCUSE WAS THEY IGNORED IT THINKING SOMEONE ELSE WILL GET IT. SOME SAID THEY WERE TALKING AND DIDNT HEAR IT. NOT HAPPY...

My Mother was taken to this hell hole yesterday. As a hospice patient she is in her last days. Left with no meds for over 24 hours not helped with her meals and left in front of her window which is the only place we can see her half naked and exposed.
