Father-in-law spent 2 weeks there and I could not get over the service there. (terrible) Most staff would never come back when they said they would. Room smelled and dirty. Had 2 people in a room that was only big enough for one.Shared bathroom with 2 rooms. Compared to his last Rehab Facility he was in that was the best I've seen. There were no beds at the time but sure wish we waited now.
Facilities are old and not well maintained. The rooms often smell of urine. Staff is usually very slow to respond to patients asking for help. Patients are frequently “parked” somewhere and ignored. Medications are often NOT given on time. Communication with family is very poor. Many staff members are rude and condescending.
