My mother came here for rehab after a hospital stay. It was the worst 4 weeks ever. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I started the process on the 2nd day she was there to try to move her to another facility. Of course - admins were not helpful in that process either. It was dirty, like unhealthy dirty, unsafe. There were 2 nurses that were good and the rest didn''t help or take care of patients at all. Call buttons pushed for help - sometimes took 40 minutes. I actually came faster to help after my mom called me that no one was coming. I walked right by (as a couple alarms from rooms were beeping) while 4 different nurses / aides were sitting there doing nothing. Multiple times, while I was there, incorrect medication and incorrect dosages were attempted to be given to my mom. No one helped her to the bathroom or cleaned her. Dried feces on handles of a toilet riser they put on her toilet. She did not get even 1/3 of the therapy she was supposed to be getting. Food was gross and not adhered to her prescribed diet - no salt and low sugar. One night my mom received moldy garlic bread with dinner. The kitchen and food service was not clean, watched workers put fingers in glasses, reuse items from trays that were already taken from patients rooms. My mom got 1 shower during her stay and that was because I took her to the shower room and bathed her. I even helped several other patients with things since nurses did not help or were ignoring them. Some patients on more than one occasion, crying out and screaming for help, which upset my mom too. I actually slept overnight in her room with here several nights just to be able to help her if she needed it. I could go on and on. My mom''s health actually got progressively worse while she was here. Until finally she became non-responsive one morning and had to be taken to the hospital via ambulance. Only godsent was that I was finally able to get her out of this place. Do not put a loved one here! The slogan "we make people better" should actually say "we make people worse."

It’s nice but I feel like some of the people working there don’t do that much to help a patient. ALSO everyone leave their masks and trash on the ground outside of the building and it’s so disgusting
