Hillcrest Millard gets a 5 Star Rating from our family regarding the care and rehabilitation of our cousin, Susan. She could barely walk when she arrived and had difficulty meeting her personal needs. After a few weeks, she is a new person and has transfered to her new home able to care for herself....

The facility is beautiful and there are a few staff who go above and beyond but not enough to make up for what they are lacking. Would not recommend under any circumstances that your loved ones be placed at Hillcrest Millard. This is not a safe nor sanitary place for the elderly or anyone with a disability. If patient is unable to care for self, oral & personal hygiene will be totally ignored unless family steps in.
