The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the facility was very clean, it seemed like the clients were very happy. The client I was there to visit told me all the nice things that the staff did for him including special meals and other special events. Overall I was very impressed.

Understaffed, dirty, dogs in a shelter get treated better. Clients are left to sleep in their urine for hours. They are given baby blankets to sleep with and sometimes no blankets.
