The dirtiest most rude and ignotant staff useless facility that you could ever be in. They have attitudes like no tomorrow and im not racist but they are all black with attitudes. I would never send an animal to this facility!! Word to the wise do not go here if your life depended on it because it will, you wont come out alive!! I would give it negative numbers if I could!! They’ve been cited numerous times by the health department previously and gaureented they will be again when I get done with them and will be suing for neglient damages! I will personally make every effort to take this facility down and burry everyone of these ignorant idiots that have zereo care towards their patients! And i live there canned response to all the negative reviews!!

My sister is in Ellicott center for rehab! She has open sores on her bottom and often gets left for 16 hours without being changed. She is left soaked in her bed with Her open sores crying every day while her urn and feces are burning her for hours! The aids just come in quick and say they will be back and never come back ! That's abuse ! She asked for water and goes without all day! Thats abuse! She gets verbally abused but some of the aids. She crys to get out of there every day! She needs therapy to help her walk but cannot do therapy if she is soaking wet. Some of the therapists barely help her . She has been there a month and can barely stand! We don't know what to do to get her out of there because we are in the Rochester NY. And she was sent all the way to Ellicott for rehab because the social worker said there was NO rehab in Rochester. We have got to get her out of Ellicott their kind of care will kill her. SO unclean and abusive. Some of the nurses or aids who care have said get out as fast as you can. She has been there 4 weeks and has 1 shower in 4 weeks! That is abuse for someone who has several open raw wounds!..This place should be shut down! It is human abuse! If their is any one out there that can give me advise on how I can get her in a better rehab facility. In Rochester Please let me know I am so far away from her and I don't know what to do or who to turn to for help!
Fed up!

Where do I begin? The fungus my husband developed due to having to clean himself or the fact that they dropped him twice within 45 days the first resulting in a seizure; my husband has never had one in his life or the bleeding on the brain discovered? Since being at Ellicott he also had another amputation. This place need to be shut down! Residents on the floor for hours, nursing supervisors nowhere to be found, food consisting of tomatoes and burned mac and cheese. I could go on and on.

This place was truly terrible. My father stayed here for 4 months. In that time he received 2 showers. When we mentioned this to the nurses they brought over a doctor who claimed my father was refusing showers (he was not). We were promised he would be given a shower that night (he wasn't) and that he would receive two a week from then on (he didn't) They do not take the residents to physical therapy twice a day as their website says they do, in fact there were many days my dad didnt get to go at all. He was assigned a roommate that threatened him and wasn't moved when he told his nurses about it. He wasn't assigned to another room until my aunt insisted he needed to be. It was also very unclean. It had a constant urine odor throughout the facility. One day my dads plastic urinal spilled and a staff member said they would be in to clean it soon. It was over an hour before anyone someone came in and threw a towel over it. When my father became ill they sent him to the hospital and did not contact any of his emergency contacts or his health care proxy. We didn't find out he had been sent to the hospital and had emergency surgery until 3 days later. When we were told, it was because the financial office called; and before hanging up asked how he was doing now that he was in the hospital. I was absolutely floored. After that, I found a new facility for him. Please please don't send your loved one here. I wish my father never had to experience this.
