My elderly friend was put in this dump and she died there. Poor lady was blind, they would put her food in front of her and walk away. They should have fed her, she had no idea the food was in front of her. The place is old and run down, smelled of urine the moment I walked in.

The woman who I am a caretaker for has been given news from her friend that her mother was put into hospice and never informed anyone. When her friend went to visit, she said that the mother was being given only 2 pieces of watermelon for lunch and in complete misery. I called the manager who told m...

I do not recommend this facility to anyone. Staff are not properly trained They overdosed my mother and she died in 2013. They got away with it. I feel so bad about the other people that are stuck in that dump. God be with them all. Stay away from Tamara, very mean to patients.

Although it is an old facility, the staff is very dedicated. My husband received excellent care during his rehab on the 100 West wing.

I want to thank the nurses and staff on the 3rd. Floor for taking great care of my brother Terry for almost two years. He was treated very well. I''m happy with the way they helped him.no matter how he was feeling. They did great. Thank you very much. Gloria Weaver.
