This is probably one of the worst facilities I’ve ever seen and been inside. My family members isn’t being attended to. Call bells aren’t being answered at all. The staff is inattentive and inept. Please save the lives of people. DONT GO.

I was a Registered Nurse at the Citadel of Winston-Salem until I was assigned 57 high acuity Residents in one night. When I attempted to address the matter the DON (Shahida Newkirk) yelled at me and threatened to DNR me from the facility. At this place money comes first and Residents are last!
