This place is awful. Cameras in rooms and hallways but no bathrooms in the residents rooms. The basement has no phone service at all. The place is disgusting, the beds are old and the hoyers. It’s nasty they don’t have toilets in the rooms for these patients….. I went as agency and there was zero briefs, zero sheets, and zero pads. Staff don’t help but 1 staff lady which deserves a raise. I can’t believe this place exist.

If I could give zero stars I would. The building itself looks nice when you first walk in but the residents are kept in the basement which is very dirty, HOT, and outdated! No administration because the new one barely worked a month and quit! Employees are expected to come to work but not get paid! ...

No administration because the new one barely worked a month and quit! Employees are expected to come to work but not get paid! Snacks in the break room vending machine expired and stale. Everything just looks dirty and contaminated. However I have witnessed the housekeeping staff clean and use bleach which made it smell awesome but you can’t fix an old outdated building that just has that DIRTY LOOK!! I had to message management multiple times about being put in the time clock and NEVER WAS! Had to message about login to PCC and the payroll system. Kept getting the run around. But when I didn’t show up they sure wanted to reach out to me from multiple numbers! What a freaking joke! Staff complaining about not getting paid, not having access to certain things which are important for nurses to do their jobs. I was also not paid for the hours I worked so I will be taking this further! UPDATE:: idky im unable to reply to the owner but I’ve reached out several times and my issue still isn’t resolved. I was due to be paid 6/3 and was told there was a problem with payroll software and then was told I would be paid the following payday which would have been 6/17 and still nothing. It’s to the point where no one is reaching out to make sure I’m compensated for my time wasted at this facility. I’m the only one that has been reaching out. I’ve been speaking with Jodie from the HR team thru text messages and she/he keeps saying that they spoke to Amanda the DON and she is working to resolve the issue. But now no one is responding. I’ve given The Merriman the opportunity to correct their mistake and help resolve the issue with me personallay. But at this point I’ve contacted the Department of labor to file a claim for unpaid wages. I’m not letting this go. No one is ever going to get over on me and get free work from me. It’s going on a month since the original date I was supposed to get paid. I turned in my direct deposit information 5/11/2022 so it’s not reason for them to have not paid me! I’m willing to go to court because it’s the principle! People have kids you can’t play with their time or money. I’m sure all the administrative staff is paid accordingly I WILL BE TOO! UPDATE UPDATE: So after updating my review yesterday mysteriously I woke up to a direct deposit from “MM HR PAYROLL” this morning! This could have been done way before I wrote a terrible review, and way before I contacted the Department of Labor!! They had my information the whole time!!! I feel like they didn’t want to pay me because I quit and they thought I was just gone lay down and take the L! Had I never said anything I would have NEVER been paid!!

The Laundry and housekeeping department as well as Maintenance department are constantly improving and cleaning the campus.
