This nursing home is not very clean, I had to have them reclean my mom''s room many times. my mom started out with 6 pairs of pajamas. Ended up with 1 pair of pj. When she passed away. Her daily care was not good. I would not take my dog there.. I can go on and on..

Horrible place. I wouldn’t even recommend or trust them with the care of my dog. I’ll never forget how they treated me and the things my grandmother told me they did to her. I only put this information out in hopes to make others aware and changes to take place.

My mother went to Logan Elm after a hospital stay. They were all so kind and took such good care of her. Although she missed being in her own home she was very happy there.
