Watch for bed sores and repeated UTI's (state report folder located at facility states concerns and problems with bed sores and UTIs) Also, watch for them OVER medicating your family member and if you suspect it (lethargic, not waking up, mumbling when trying to talk) take action yourself and call 911 for the patient to be taken to the ER if they won't do it. Also, do your own personal inventory of all their belongings and so not believe staff when they say they will do one. Belongings are stolen and then they claim they can't find the inventory then tell you they will replace the items that were stolen and then don't replace them.
