DO NOT place your loved one here. My mother has been there for almost 11 years. Before ownership changed (about 5 years ago) Village was a 4.5 for us. The food is horrible. Just like the other review my mothers bacon was burnt every time I was there (which is quite often) she is paralyzed on one side and they would drop her food off and walk away not even cutting it up. I asked my mother if it’s cause i was there and they thought I could do it and she said “no, they do it all the time”. They left poop in her commode all day to the next day. When I called Greg (the head guy) he said he would talk to the the charge nurse (or whoever) and they would call me. Well. I never got a call, so the next day when I called her she said she had not heard anything about it. Jaimie my mother’s nurse on station 1 has never never called my sister back when she said she would (my mother is very fragile at this time) my mother has been very sick and they keep feeding her antibiotics. Yesterday my mother called my sister to call the nurse cause she thinks she’s having a heart attack. The button for her to push was not in reach for her or her roommate. My mother is now safely at Providence and has been diagnosed with CORONAVIRUS and has suffered a minor heart attack. The only good thing about this place are the two nurses Josh and Savanna. Thus place just made me mad for the very last time. There is so much more to put in here just not enough space. If I could download documentation and photos here I would.
