Understaffed. Relatives are unable to visit to see the neglect due to Covid. Please do not take your loved ones here they will suffer and get worse from this "care". Should be reported to the state medical board.

Why aren’t you requiring visitors to wear masks? When I was visiting my aunt NONE of the 10 other visitors I saw had a mask on. I know you must have a policy requiring masks. Enforce it! You have some extremely sick people under your care and you should be protecting them.
