Most of the staff was very nice. Meals were quite good. Took way too long to get help when my dressing burst in the bathroom & I pulled the "emergency cord." Had to pull it 3 times

Worst place ever. My Dad just Passed away there. He was near death for 1 Week and was not properly taking care off. He was dropped on the floor when they moved him before he took his last breath. I hope nobody has a parent treated like he was. You will be hearing from my attorney
