You hired Erica Q ( a LPN that left Rutland Healthcare and Rehabilitation with 2-4 conducts at that facility). Left before she got terminated by exclusive director A.W that can not stand Erica. WOW 😮 You hire the BAD but not ones that PROTECT the residents!! And you wonder why families are taking their love 💕 ones out of your nursing home? Wake up!! Your hiring employees that have violations from previous employment ( Rutland Healthcare and Rehabilitation). Your nursing home is NOT even a 5 stars ⭐️ when we here want your facility closed. We’re not going to stop 🛑 till it is. And I believe 💯 % this is going on. Sofia Valdez 1 review 5 months ago My name is changed for personal reasons, I worked at The Pines for several years. The amount of mistreatment, neglect, and humiliation some of these residents go through is beyond disgusting. Not to even mention the fact that they are so unbelievably short staffed that they have the aides do nurses jobs, most of which is illegal and if the state were to catch it, they would lose their license for malpractice since they aren’t nurses. The aides and nurses constantly make jokes (mostly derogatory) about residents and their family members, absolutely horrific. The food residents are served is slop, literal slop, if I wouldn’t eat it why should I expect them to? Most aides don’t wash their residents up because they don’t have time to because there isn’t a workable aide to resident ratio. This place is disgusting and this is just the tip of the iceberg of the things I have witnessed over the years.

The staff were all very friendly and it was very nice to get to visit with my Aunt Kathy. Very pleasant environment and got some great one on one time with my relative in a private room so there were no distractions! Great place to visit!!

The check in process at the front desk has improved significantly with an automated contactless system. Good progress. Now, please consider making upgrades to the phone system.
