The staff does not take care of you in any degree (e.g. wound care, patient referrals to Specialists, documentation of patient''s concerns, being extremely rude).

I walked in rang the bell multiple times walked up and down the hallways calling out hello and I never got an answer. Finally after about 5 minutes a janitor walk around the corner. Scary to think if someone was in need of help.
