Using a person-centered approach to care combined with comprehensive wellness programs, services, and amenities, Heritage Point provides everything a person needs to thrive while the staff helps them learn to live with Alzheimer's and dementia. 

    Heritage Point offers multiple floor plans incoming residents can choose from, including private, semi-private, and shared suites. Apartments are spacious and comfortable, complete with safety pull-cords and private bathrooms. Along with each unit’s emergency call system, residents where location-based safety pendants to provide additional peace of mind about their care. Each unit has central air conditioning and individually-controlled thermostats, giving residents complete control over their environment.
